How to Delete a Field
You can delete a field through the Field Settings on the CropX web app.
This feature is useful for those fields that won’t have a sensor on them in the upcoming season as it will remove them from your field list.
1. Select the field you would like to delete. Once in the field, use the navigation pane on the lefthand side of the screen
2. Once you have opened Field Settings, make sure that you are in the Field Setup sub-menu
3. Click the red "Delete Field" box on your screen
4. Click "Proceed" when it asks you if you wish to complete the deletion task.
You can delete both a field that has a sensor and a field without.
If you delete a field with a sensor, the sensor will become an “unassigned sensor” and until you re-draw a field, you won’t be able to add field details like soil, crops, irrigation system, or see the weather or satellite data of the field.
