Did you know you can add irrigations, fertilizations, spraying, scouting, rainfall, and flow meter events as historical records or future tasks? This feature is a useful scheduling and record keeping tool. See below for step-by-step instructions on how to utilize this feature.
How to View the Calendar on the Web: 1) From the overview page, click on the 'Fields' tab on the top menu bar.
2) Select the desired field you wish to view the calendar for.
3) From the left side taskbar, select 'Agenda' under 'Tasks'.
4) You should now see a monthly calendar view.
a. The calendar shows historical records as well as future, including forecasted rainfall.
b. Select a certain day, and a list of all the added tasks will be available for viewing on the right-hand side.
To Add a Task or Record on the Web:
1) From the monthly calendar view, head to the top right-hand corner, and hit the green 'New' button.
2) Select 'Task' from the drop down menu.
3) Add your desired record and answer the required questions.
4) Select 'Add Record'
5) The newly added task will now be available for viewing on the calendar.
How to View the Calendar on the Mobile App:
1) From the menu on the bottom screen, select 'Fields'
2) Select the desired field you wish to view the calendar for.
3) Use your finger to slide the top menu over to view the 'Task' Button.
4) Hit the 'Task' Button, and then hit it again.
5) Slide up on the tab labeled 'Agenda'
6) A full calendar view should now be available.
7) Click on a specific date to view records.
